City, county, and municipal broadband. Owned by the community you serve — peer with the rest of the state.

Broadband cooperatives

Fill the application form: ASN, point of contact, target site, connection type, and port count. Submits straight to us.

Sign

Standard NSCIX peering agreement. Cost-recovery pricing — no margin, no lock-in, no surprises.

Provision

We turn up your port at Mainstream Datacenter in Little Rock. 10G, 100G, or 400G. LAGs supported for aggregated capacity.

Cross-connect

We handle our side of the patch; you handle yours. Bring your own carrier or use one available at the facility.

Peer

Establish BGP with our route servers for multilateral peering — or set up bilateral sessions with specific members.

Common questions.

Do we need our own ASN?
Yes — standard IXP requirement. If you don't have one yet, we can point you at ARIN's process; it's straightforward and typically takes a few weeks.
Where is the facility?
325 W Capitol Ave, Little Rock, AR — inside Mainstream Datacenter. Carrier-neutral facility with diverse fiber entrances. Additional sites planned as membership grows.
What port speeds are supported?
10G, 100G, and 400G. LAGs (link aggregation) supported for members who need more aggregate capacity. We do not support 25G or 40G ports.
Can we bring our own transport carrier?
Yes — the facility is carrier-neutral. Bring AT&T, Lumen, Cox, Windstream, whoever. We can also connect you to available transport providers if you don't have one.
Is there a minimum traffic commitment?
No. NSCIX is neutral by charter — small ISPs and big enterprises pay the same port fee. No preferential tiers.
